Dr. Maria Teresa Palmer is the Director of the MSC.  She brings many years of experience in education, having been a teacher, elementary school principal, pastor, university financial aid officer, career counselor, program  administrator, and State Board of Education  member. Dr. Palmer has worked for many years to build strong multicultural communities.

Ms. Jennifer M Kennedy, MSC administrator, graduated from NC A&T with a Bachelors Degree in Business Management. She has many years of event planning experience and worked with the University both as a student and staff before coming to the MSC in 2008. Jennifer has gone on all four Spring Break Service Learning trips to rebuild communities affected by Katrina in the Gulf Coast Region. Ms. Kennedy is pursuing a Masters Degree in Hospitality and Tourism.
